Wellness and Nutrition Coaching

Initial Assessment

Any health changes begins with an assessment of your current diet and lifestyle. You will complete a set of assessments and questionnaires to identify your current state of health and nutrition. All new clients will also spend an hour with me exploring your health concerns and goals. Every step of this journey is about you and your individualized needs.

What You Will Get

After the initial assessments, each new client will receive the following:

– individualized diet and lifestyle plan

– unique PDF ebook with your personalized meal plan, recipes, shopping list and prep plan

– handouts that empower you with knowledge about your health

– continued support in follow-up meetings
